4. Parent profession in Gurgaon & Noida admissions
Unlike Delhi's point-based lottery, private schools in Gurgaon and Noida rely on parent-school interactions and informal observation. Progressive schools such as Shiv Nadar, Heritage, Step by Step, and Shri Ram don't favour high-paying corporate roles over creative fields — they generally look at:
- Family values alignment — whether your educational outlook matches the school's philosophy (experiential vs. traditional).
